- Complete and free (though a bit strange): TI83+ Plus Flash Debugger
- virtual ti: excellent emulator of ti83 & ti84 - note that it requires a rom image downloaded from a real ti83/84 (free)
- For android: Almost Real TI-83. Just ask "marketplace" to search for ti83 (free)
- For mac:
- tiemu: for ti89; v3.03 works with current ROMs (which can be downloaded from ti).
- To save state when exiting:
- Right-click, Calculator State, Exit and Save State
